At one point or the other one feels upset or low and feels like staying away from all people that are known to him/her. Well many a time people just simply get themselves locked in there rooms and stay there for a couple of hours. Which is not actually a good practice as keeping yourself locked for hours and keeping things within yourself might can turn you into a more disastrous person and also spoil various things. One of the best remedy to overcome your low period is just simply play with kids or try to hangout with people who are younger then you as they are so much full of positive energy and have so stress at all.
5. Eat As Much As You Can
Eat a lot when you fell low and especially all your favourite dishes.
6. Play With Your Pets
If you have pets in your house then just simply spend as much as time you can with them there positive energy will delete all your negative energy and will make you feel relaxed and better.

Just watch videos of kids playing with dogs you will automatically feel better being with them.

Just relax and take a long warm shower or bath.

Never compare yourself with anyone else as that will make you feel more disturbed and low. So should always feel good out whatever thing that he/she is doing.

One of way to uplift yourself is to just express yourself and nothing be better than writting them on a piece of paper or diary.
