Bhopal, June 7: MP cracker factory fire results in death of 22 people. A massive fire broke out in a cracker factory in Balaghat district of Madhya Pradesh.

According to the latest reports, the death toll due to MP cracker factory fire has risen to 22.  But in few hours it is expected to rise to 40 as many people are critically injured and fighting with their death in the hospital.

Around 4 pm in the evening a blast happens in a cracker factory which results in breaking of massive fire in Khairi area of Balaghat district. At the time of blast near about 50 people were working which came in effect of the blast and fire.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister expresses his  condolences over the incident as well as to the family who lost their dear and loved ones. He also announced ex-gratia of rupees two lakh to the next kin of the deceased who are killed in the incident.
