BRITISH: Vertu British luxury phone-makers have launched its latest phone named Vertu Signature Cobra. The company has come up with world’s most expensive phone at a price of $3,60,000 (Rs 2.3 crore).
One of the most highlighted feature of the phone is the design of the phone which includes shape of a snake which is nicely wrapped around the edges of the phone.
Well the Vertu Signature Cobra phone consists of about 439 rubies in it. While the eye’s of the snake are made up of emeralds. According to a Chinese website GizChina, the total parts that the phone comprises of is 288. The 288 parts of the phone are assembled in UK.
However by now only 8 units of the Signature Cobra have been manufactured. Well the interested buys can easily buy the phone from the Chinese e-commerce portal, JD.com. If someone wishes to pre-book the phone then they will have to pay additional charges of $145.
Coming down the specifications of Signature Cobra then the display of the phone is of 2 inch QVGA display. The resolution of the screen is 240*320 TFT LCD display. The display of the phone is protected by the sapphire cyrstal.
The device is having RAM of 2GB and with internal space of 16GB. The battery of the phone can be removed and its talk-time battery is about 5 and half hours.
