Cardiff, June 12: Pakistan and Sri Lanka to take on today for the spot of Semi finalist. Pakistan won the toss and chose to field first. It’s a do or die match for both the teams which are in Group B in Champions Trophy. The match to be played at Sophia Gardens on Monday.

On the other hand, Sri Lankan skipper Angelo Mathews also said that if they would have won the toss, they they also have chosen to bowl first. Mathews said “I would’ve loved to bowl too since we’re playing four seamers too.”

Both Pakistan and Sri Lanka sides have made only one change in their Top XI squad. Pakistan is playing Faheem Ashraf instead of Shadab Khan. On the other hand due to injuries of Kusal Perera, Lanka has included Dhananjaya de Silva in the team. The team whoever will win the match will join Team India who has already gone to semi finals.

Both the teams are ready to take on each other. The best part is both teams have won their previous matches and are on a higher level of confidence. Sri Lanka has beaten India in their previous match and Pakistan has beaten South Africa.

The game has begun. Sri Lanka is playing at 117 for 3 wickets down in 22 overs. Pakistan is yet to bat.
